Journey Description
An optimal first-time journey for individuals who are struggling with stress and anxiety or with contraindications (see FAQ's for contraindication examples). This breathwork journey offers a gentle escape from anxiety, introducing tranquility and balance. By partaking, participants can learn a number of breathwork techniques, that can be used in daily life, and ease into the realm of breathwork, fostering a restful connection with their inner calm.
Cancellation Policy
Due to restricted participant numbers in a journey, there are NO REFUNDS, if you wish to cancel or decide to not attend. We are happy for you to reschedule your booking 48 hours prior to the session or transfer your booking to another person. Please email b4breathcairns@gmail.com with your full name and rebooking request (or if applicable) the full name and email of the person you are transferring to, and we will get in contact with them. In certain circumstances a *credit for another journey may be given. (*conditions apply)
